The upside

What you gainas part of the team.

Real training, real mentorship, travel, and a plan for your future. Standard, not perks.

  • Onboarding

    Training programs

Full training on the client’s portfolio before you carry it, led by the founder directly. You learn the product until you can answer the second question, not just the first.

  • Growth

    Career growth

The business keeps taking on programs, and every seat above you was filled from the field. Room to grow is not a promise here, it is how the company is staffed.

  • Travel

  • People

    Mentorship

The people who worked the territory last year train the people working it now. Nobody here manages a job they have never done.

  • Advancement

    Management opportunities

Entry-level seats are built to teach real management by doing it: your own accounts, then a team you train, then a market you run.

  • Future

    Planning for the future

401(k) matching and Roth IRA guidance, so what you close turns into something that keeps working after you have closed it.

From the team

What it is actually like.

Three people who do the job, on the part the job description leaves out.

  • I came in with no sales background at all. What surprised me was how much of the first weeks is just learning the product — you are not sent to a door until you can answer the question after the obvious one.

    Shubh Nainani

    Social media manager

  • Everyone here was trained by someone who had already done the job, and that shows on the hard days. Nobody manages you through something they have never had to do themselves.

    Mulki

    Admin and HR

  • You hear no far more often than yes, and some days you close nothing. I would rather that than a job where the board never resets and last year decides what this week is worth.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What the job is, how you are paid, and how to get in. Including the uncomfortable ones.

No. Training starts on day one and covers the client’s product before you carry it. Most of the people here started with neither.

In part, yes. Depending on the program you will be knocking residential doors, walking into businesses, or both.

The founder, directly. Every representative learns the product from him before they are in front of a customer.

Mornings start in the office with the team. The rest of the day is in the field on your assigned program. You will know your schedule and your territory before your first day.

Promotion is based on production and on your ability to train someone else to do what you do. There is no waiting period and no queue.
