Entry Level Marketing & Sales Assistant

The job

This is the role most people here start in. You are put on a live client program — AT&T, LeafFilter or Primo Water — and you learn it properly before you take it to a customer. From there you run campaign work in the field alongside a manager, and you pick up the operations side of it as you go.

What you will do

• Run client campaigns in the field, in person, from the first weeks.
• Support the planning behind a campaign: territory, coverage, who gets approached and when.
• Work directly with the client’s people on what the campaign needs.
• Build the approach for a territory alongside a manager rather than being handed one.
• Own the coordination for your own patch — what got covered, what did not, and why.
• Bring ideas that close business, and be told plainly when one will not.

What we look for

• No prior experience required.
• You work hard and you would rather learn than be told you were right.
• You can hold a conversation with someone who did not ask to talk to you.
• You work well in a team and you take direction the same day, not next quarter.
• Full time and on your feet. There is no desk version of this role.

How you are paid

• You are paid on what you personally close. No part of your pay comes from anyone else's sales.
• There is no seniority and no adjustment for how long you have been here. Every week starts on the same line for everyone.
• Your exact structure is stated plainly in the first conversation and put in writing before you commit to anything.
• The leaderboard resets every Monday. Last week's number does not carry.

Where it goes

From here the path is Senior Consultant, then Team Lead, then Market Lead, and each one is a wider scope rather than a longer service record. Recruiting, operations and client partnership are all staffed from the field, so this job is the only door into any of them.
