Services / 01

Six things we actually do.

Each one is carried out in person by consultants we recruited, trained and answer for. Run one of them or run all six.

A handshake closing a deal across a counter

Customer acquisition

We find prospects in your territory, pitch them in person, and close them. You receive a signed customer, not a lead to chase.

Deliverables. Territory mapping and route planning, the face to face pitch and close, and a signed contract handed to your onboarding team.

A meeting across a table in a company boardroom

B2B outreach

We go into businesses and talk to the owner or the account holder. Small operators through to corporate accounts with a procurement process.

Deliverables. Prospect targeting against your ideal customer profile, in-person meetings with the person who signs, and the account handed over at the point of signature.

Two consultants talking with a shop owner at his counter

Direct marketing

One to one conversations in the places your customers already are. Neighborhoods, storefronts, business parks.

Deliverables. Door to door residential campaigns, storefront and business district canvassing, and second-conversation follow-up.

Three consultants walking out across a lot at dusk

Brand representation

Your brand in front of the people who buy it, carried by consultants we trained and stand behind.

Deliverables. Consultants trained on your portfolio specifically, conduct and compliance held to your standards, and one named point of contact accountable for the field.

A consultant talking with a homeowner on her porch

Lead generation and management

Where the close is not same-day, we qualify, track and work prospects through to a decision.

Deliverables. Qualification before anything reaches your team, contact history and follow-up tracking, and handoff at the point of decision.

A notebook of the day written up by hand

Campaign reporting

Weekly reporting on what is closing, what is not, and why.

Deliverables. Close rates by territory and consultant, objection patterns, and coverage maps. Reporting runs on every engagement and lands in your inbox every Friday.

The product changes. The training, the accountability and the reporting do not.

Industries / 02

Where we have already done it.

Three brands, three categories, every account closed face to face in Ohio.

Telecommunications

Wireless and connectivity, business and consumer, for AT&T across Ohio.

Home improvement

Gutter protection sold to homeowners in person for LeafFilter.

Consumer goods and delivery

Water and beverage delivery subscriptions for Primo Water.

Where the model transfers

These are categories we have not run yet but where the same conditions hold: a product worth a real conversation, a decision maker who can be reached in person, and a purchase that gets explained better than it gets advertised.

  • Home services
  • Multi-location retail
  • Insurance and financial products
  • Local professional services

How an engagement works / 03

From first call to first close.

Four stages, and one named contact who stays with you through all of them.

01

We learn the business

The product, the customer, the territory, and what a good close looks like to you. If we do not think we can sell it, we say so on that call.

02

We build and train the team

We recruit the consultants, train them on your portfolio, and hold them to your conduct standards before they carry your name anywhere.

03

We work the territory

Consultants go out in person, business to business and direct to consumer, and close. Coverage is mapped as it happens.

04

We hand off and go again

Signed contracts go to your onboarding team. What the territory taught us goes back into the pitch, and the next week starts from there.

The rules / 04

How we count.

A number is only worth something if you know what it means. Here is what ours mean.

  1. A customer counts when the contract is signed. That is what acquired means here.

  2. Revenue is what the brand booked, not what we hoped for.

  3. Every figure ties back to a name we can introduce you to.

  4. If we cannot source a number in a sentence, it does not go on the page.

FAQ

Ask it straight.

Including the uncomfortable ones.

Most clients do. Customer acquisition and campaign reporting run together by default.

Not today. Ohio, statewide, from Cincinnati. If you need twelve states, we will tell you on the first call rather than after you sign.

We learn the product first and recruit against the territory, so the first weeks are training rather than doors. We tell you the date the team goes out and we report from the first day it does.

Us. They are our people. We recruit, train, manage and answer for them.

Tell us the market.

We will tell you what we can do with it.
